Polls Giving Extra Views On Blogger Bug?

Everyone seems to be having an issue with the Polls widget in blogger. It's giving them fake/ghost views in the tens or hundreds, and even thousands. The referral link is coming from the poll URL which certainly is not a legitimate viewer. There has yet to be a reply or fix from Adsense or Blogger team - so let's keep waiting, and hope this gets fixed soon! We don't want fake views included in our stats.

Comment on this post if you have a similar problem! (Remember though: It's against AdSense TOS to show specific details of your blog's stats - so keep it simple!

    I haven't used a poll myself either. Thanks for sharing this tho, its good to know if I ever use one. Hopefully, they can resolve it soon.

    Yep! Happening to my blog as well. What is the deal with this? I'm getting 100+ hits a day because of this problem and is totally throwing off my google analytics. They need to fix this crap. And oh yeah,

    Over 6000 hits for me in about 10 days. If you click on my link, it says "reviews" and comes up with a ghost image of my polls.
